1. Acceptable Payment Methods

To ensure a simple and secure shopping experience, we accept the following payment methods:

2. Transaction Security

All payments made on our site are protected by advanced encryption technology. Information is transmitted securely and is never stored or shared with unauthorized third parties. We use anti-fraud verification systems to ensure that each transaction is legitimate and secure.

3. Currency and Taxes

All prices displayed on the site are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes and fees. Delivery costs are calculated separately based on the order amount. Standard delivery is free for all orders equal to or greater than 370 €. A fixed fee of 30 € applies to orders below 370 €.

The total amount including the price of the products, taxes, and any delivery charges is displayed before final payment confirmation. No additional charges related to the payment method are charged by the seller.

4. Processing Times

Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, transaction details, and an electronic receipt. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

5. Refunds

In case of an approved return, the refund is processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product. In case of an approved cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 1 to 3 business days after validation of the cancellation. In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund also includes, if applicable, the standard delivery costs initially paid, excluding any supplements related to a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer. The refund is made using the same payment method as that used during the initial order. The time it takes for it to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the banking institution.
